Richard Bond - Head Chef

Richard is a classically trained chef having worked in Italy & Switzerland and is responsible for the planning and preparation of our menus and services. Richard is always available to discuss any special requirements on your required menus.

Kate Shields - Services Manager

Kate has many years experience in managing and directing catering facilities at the highest level and really knows how to satisfy the most demanding customers
